Routine and Non-Routine Maintenance
The aviation

They are experienced in all aspects of aircraft maintenance ranging from
minor repairs to the most difficult repairs and maintenance requirements.
The KAI maintenance
personnel are intimately familiar with the uniqueness of complying with
military aircraft to include manufacturer's maintenance programs, FAA requirements and
specialized Computer Aircraft Maintenance Programs (CAMPS). The KAI
technicians are also familiar with computer based maintenance programs
designed to track and monitor specialized tooling and mission equipment.
KAI performs aircraft maintenance at military installations, at deployed
sites or at the KING AEROSPACE Commercial Corporation, Ardmore Oklahoma
Depot facility. The Firm's approach provides customers flexibility,
efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Depot Level Services
The Management of
KING AEROSPACE Inc. is experienced with all aspects of performing
and overseeing depot level maintenance services. The key to on-time
depot delivery is proper project pre-planning and proactive management.
The KAI Planning professionals develop and monitor critical path, major
milestone and manpower planning documentation to facilitate the on-time
delivery of your aircraft.
Depot level services include corrosion control and paint, interior
refurbishment and modifications, extensive airframe and engine maintenance
and specialized mission equipment integration and certification.
As a matter of
company policy, KING AEROSPACE obtains three proposals for all depot level
services not performed by KAI technicians. KAI's objective is to
provide the firm's customers with true "best value"
KAI has an excellent
working relationship with the KING AEROSPACE Commercial Corporation,
Ardmore Oklahoma Depot facility in meeting the needs of the KAI military
customers. The key to this positive working relationship is
flexibility and cost effectiveness in meeting customer needs in addition
to shared values.
Avionics / Electrical
The KING AEROSPACE Inc. (KAI) avionics and electrical technicians are
experienced in all aspects of the design, fabrication, installation and
testing of a limitless range of airborne and ground systems. System
integration is routine
at KAI . Due to the Firm’s positive reputation, KING AEROSPACE Inc. is a “beta”
test sight for several manufacturers of highly specialized airborne
equipment. Regardless of the project, the professionals at KING AEROSPACE
are prepared to assist you with your specific aircraft requirements.
Component Overhaul
KING AEROSPACE Inc. uses only FAA-approved component repair or overhaul
facilities that provide the “Best Value” for the customer. The KAI
computer system allows us to monitor and measure the performance of all
vendors. The professionals at KING AEROSPACE monitor all component
warranties to ensure that customers reap the financial benefit of a
closely administered warranty program.
Engine Repairs and Overhaul
The KING AEROSPACE
Commercial Corporation
depot facility is located within a short drive of two well-recognized
engine overhaul facilities. The KACC engine experts will coordinate the
inspection, repairs, overhaul and loaner engines from our network of
qualified engine subcontractors.
Remote Site Support Services
The KAI maintenance team is fully prepared to support you with
your aviation needs, even in hostile environments. The vast majority of
our technicians have military experience and the necessary security
clearances to service you when and where you need support. At KING
