remote locations. The KAI customized system is a combination of
information systems, meaningful reports, schedules, and photographs
required and used by government program management personnel, military

overnight delivery firms can track items worldwide, then the aviation

available to the Firm’s clients without having to go through a third

Support
Providing worldwide product and technical support is nothing new to the
aviation professionals at KING AEROSPACE Inc. The KAI team has
supported aircraft on an international basis in both friendly and hostile
environments. To ensure the parts, equipment and personnel are on site, a
KING AEROSPACE Inc. designed system of processes is used to fully support the
most challenging remote missions. To meet these requirements, all
employees at KAI are considered deployable as a condition of
employment. The Firm’s worldwide network is continually updated to provide
the most complete sources of aircraft and customer support. It is not
uncommon for KING AEROSPACE Inc. personnel to hand carry parts when necessary
to support remote missions, with No Excuses.
Not only does KAI get the parts, equipment and materials on
time, but at cost-effective prices. As a matter of policy, KAI's objective is to procure items at the lowest cost and best
value to the customer. To meet this objective, the Firm automatically
requires three price quotes before making a purchase. It is KING AEROSPACE
Inc.'s goal to avoid paying list price for any item. It is not
uncommon for the Firm to become a distributor or dealer for products, and
pass 100% of the savings to our customers. This cost avoidance program is
monitored and reports are generated to demonstrate the real savings
realized by KAI customers.
